Rules of admission:
The right to free health services is determined in the eWUŚ system. In the absence of positive verification, it is required to make a statement or present a valid document confirming health insurance.
The specialist physicians see the patients based on referrals and upon registration. The only effective referral is issued by the health insurance physician.
Documents required from patients:
Identity card or other document confirming identity.
Tests required, particularly from first-time patients:
The results of basic laboratory and imaging tests to confirm the diagnosis on the committal (complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, rheumatoid factor, transaminase, creatinine, urinalysis, radiography of chest, joint or spine).
Documents relating to comorbidities.
Currently applied treatment.
